From my point of view it looks like the jaded response of a long-time board member who rather than saying nothing, thinking of some witty put-down of their own, or even just writing 'fuck off you pretentious twat, you're talking shit', decided it would be better if they replied with a confidence sapping - stop trying to be clever, you're impressing no-one - type remark
It takes me right back to my schooldays - watching other kids in my class gradually losing confidence in their own abilities and eventually withdrawing into themselves because everytime they tried to make a contribution to the lesson, the teacher would slap them down with a sarcastic comment that would effectively communicate that what they had to say had no value.
To my dull and limited sense of humour which is unable to grasp the lofty multi-layered humourous nuances of your writing, your post appears to have been written by the kind of joyless human void who makes relatively new board members think: Why the hell am I posting here? What's the point?
Obviously I am unable to comprehend your advanced level of wit which I expect you learned from reading Star Trek scripts in Vulcan.
