I don't think characters like Mr. Wayne, Uncle Ben, Jor-El, etc. really need characterization. Their legacy is who they are (Waynetech, "with great power...", and so on). That said, it seems like the logical choice for the next Batman would be Grayson...seeing as though there's another Nightwing in the Superman books.


If thomas Wayne wasbetter characterised as a great man it would give a reader more of an unstanding of Bats' sense of enormous loss.
