You just changed your position again. You went from arguing that he hadn't continued Bush policies to arguing he had but it was okay because "change takes time."
Now you have gone off the tracks completely. I never changed my position. It's pretty clear that Obama and Bush share some policies and differ on others. How does it make sense to you that either it's either one way or the other?
I know your very partisan but even I recognize there is some common ground on policy between the two. For those things that reasonably take some time like a health care plan I wouldn't have judged Bush a failure for not getting it done before his first 100 days. And as it was when he did get a drug bill passed I didn't view it as a success even though my party supported it. Sure he succeeded to get it passed but it's a big pay out to insurance companies that I think make it one of his failures.
