This is coming from someone who's not a US Citizen and not up to date with this kind of shit (but a nuclear war will still my fry my ass, so meh) - but does this recent dick move by Nokor have anything to do with Obama being president?

Does NoKor think of him as a pushover compared to Bush? I mean, Bush may be academically dumb, but they know he's going to bite back when provoked, as the Iraq thingie proves.
