I don't know in what hole you have lived for the past 8 years if you think Bush was a better speacher then Obama, especially from a US resident this is unbelievable. It's quite simple really, USA already took a better path with Venezuela, Cuba and Iran since Obama is in office. Bush just made enemies, being the most unpopular person to ever lead the US.
