I have mentioned in one of my beardguyish threads that my PSP's analog stick is acting a little fucky. After going thru 3 replacement parts, I found out that the stick is fine, and the problem is that the stick's circuit board is not making contact with the psp motherboard because the screwholes were stripped and could no longer hold the faceplate together. The solution was easy, I just took out all the screws and held the plates together using electrical tape, which worked for a while, but in time the tape was sliding off and I think the sticky substance was melting off due to heat.

Is there another way I can hold the faceplate firmly in place, short of buying a new faceplate and motherboard (which has stripped screwholes as well).
