Because Tom Cruise was also censored and then uncensored and that wouldn't make sense without the Muhammmed censor. either way the episode was brilliant. They got the message across having Buddha do coke and Jesus looking up porn. I think it's unfortunate that people are focusing on the bleeps and the censor bar when it was still a genius episode. Tying in 12 years of stories into this bizarre cohesive "event" was a lot of fun. The Scott tennerman story was the turning point for South Park, when it got into the dark but utterly hillarious territory that's made it a must watch show now is even darker, even funnier, because Cartman killed his own father (and stepmother) and fed them to his brother but he cries about being part ginger. The Killing Joke lair, Tom Cruise with Willzyx on the moon, Mitch Connors in Vietnam....I really think these two are in the top 5 best episodes, censorship or not.
