I dont know what they mean by "neither to hugely convincing effect." My personal opinion is that the CGI Hulk looked perfectly fine for what it was supposed to be in both films. Whether they mean that you really couldnt tell that they had morphed the actors features, well, who cares (except the actor that is)? Since when does Hulk look like Banner?
