It seems an odd choice, and not the best one.

It's been ten years since Harras was Marvel's EiC. Maybe that additional ten years' experience leads to DC to believe he'll do a good job.

The two biggest gripes I can give about his tenure as EiC at Marvel was "The Clone Saga" and "Heroes Reborn." Sure, the Clone shit didn't start under him but, my God, he kept it going. And, of course, my other complaint is: 'Nuff said.
