I should add that was one of the funniest few hours ever. Pissed myself laughing talking about that last raid on the DCMBs where Nowhereman pretended to be John Byrne. backwards7 poked fun at Warren Ellis. We drank tea. Funny afternoon.
The funniest thing is most people believed I actually was Byrne, until someone at DC (may have been Warren Ellis actually) pointed out that Byrne would never forget to leave a space after a comma. Since that day I now always leave that space in honour of that day. What makes you think it was Ellis, Nowie? And look, Franta is back. It's just like Bucky wasn't blown up by Nazis after all.

The last one was a 1992 model and was 12 years old when I bought it. This one is a 2007 and was 7 years old when I bought it.
So yeah, 8 years old versus 23 years old is newer.

Very nice bike. I'd contemplated getting one once my car (01 Mitsubishi) kicked the bucket but decided with the erratic weather conditions around here and crap-tastic roads I'd be an idiot to only have a bike. Bought a new (as in, less than 50 miles on it) car instead and I'm pretty damn happy.

That raid on the DCMBs was hilariously funny. The entire site is gone now - the domain name has dropped and it is now used as a Google AdSense platform. Bit of a shame.

Damn its been a long time. Life is good for me. Just started a new job at the shipyard in Alameda. I would lurk here every now and then but that dried up a few years ago. Coming up on year 5 of marriage and we haven't killed each other yet. No babies for us just yet although damn near all of my friends have at least one. Still just as geeky as ever with comics and movies and everything else. Only just now finding out about Harley is crazy. Had so many fun times messaging back and forth with her over everything. She was definitely one of the good ones.
