I would just point out that republicans control not only the executive branch but also the legislative. If Clinton was actually guilty with all those piles of evidence you allege than really you need to be aiming your criticism at those in power. The big pile of shit that started chants of "lock her up" and race baited Obama with the whole birth certificate thing is responsible for the things he says and does and doesn't do.
