written affidavitt that she did NOT have sexual relations with Trump?
And further received $160,000 in payment in a non-disclosure agreement with Trump. (And actually, an agreement with attorney Michael Cohen, by all evidence without even Trump's knowledge, and Trump just reimbursed Cohen for legal expenses AFTER the fact, AFTER the election.
And an utterly disreputable Michael Cohen further lied to Trump about legal expenses, to embezzle a further $60,000 from Trump. ("Were you lying then Mr. Cohen, or are you lying now?")
Likewise Stormy Daniels (a k a, Melanie Clifford) who first met Donald Trump in 2006, and was trying to cozy up to Trump to get a spot on Trump's
The Apprentice program.
And it was only
AFTER she was denied a slot (for her slit) on
The Apprentice tha she said to others that she was going to make money off Trump somehow, and amid a book she published, plus a "Let's make America horny again" travelling stripper tour nationwide, plus selling Stormy Daniels merchandise exploiting her implied sex withTrump.
And somewhere along the line making allegations that she had a sexual relationship with Trump, said by her MUCH LATER, when she'd exhausted her other exploitations of her alleged tryst wih Trump, only at that point, then looked for a way to extort money from Trump directly from a non-disclosure agreement payoff, NOT because it actually happened, but just to extort cash from Trump to silence her.
As I said before, I initially believed Trump had slept with Stormy Daniels.
But as the evidence has come out of Stormy Daniels' consistent manipulative behavior over the last 2 decades, and her spiteful attitude and manipulation of many others (her ex-husband described her as a "complete psychopath"), and that it was only AFTER she had been rejected as a contestant on
The Apprentice that she ever began to allege she had a sexual relationship of any kind with Trump.
At first alleging that she had a CONSENSUAL relationship with Trump (videotaped saying this, in an interview years ago).
And only 18 years later in court, did she allege that Trump FORCED himself on her. (AGAIN a case of : "Were you lying then, Ms. Clifford, or are you lying now?")
Add to that how, in addition to other well documented cons and treachery on her part, how Stormy Daniels is a hyper-partisan Democrat who has many times said she would say ANYTHING to prevent Trump from being elected.
If Trump had actually slept with Stormy Daniels, he would have just given her a spot right away on
he Apprentice.
That he didn't, it seems clear to me that Trump decided she wasn't worth the grief, seeing that she was of a type he had dealt with before, a type that would spitefully allege untrue things just to exploit him later, if he let her get too close. So I think he didn't have sex with her, and she has ever since been exploiting a false "Trump had sex with me" card to the hilt.
It is a
FACT she has changed her story a dozen times over in the last 18 years, so she, like Michael Cohen, is completely unbelievable, and has spiteful greed/extortion motivation to accuse Trump. And also a vindictive partisan political reason to accuse Trump.

ACTUAL crimes by Cohen, such as tax evasion, embezzlement, and fraud with his cab business.

For you, sexual affairs are only an issue when they involve REPUBLICANS, only then are they a shameful and terrible thing that should remove a sitting political leader, or disqualify a new candidate from gaining office, no matter how unproven (Donald Trump, Herman Cain, Roy Moore, Brett Kavanaugh).

In the case of Juan Merchan's court, that is so obviously a rigged trial, where the judge selected a partisan jury in a 90% ultra-partisan Trump hating venue, a Trump hating partisan Democrat judge who conducted the trial in a hyper-partisan way, who "sustained" every prosecution objection, "over-ruled" and shut down every Trump defense objection and presentation of witnesses and exculpatory evidence (PRIME EXAMPLE: testimony by Michael Cohen's former attorney Robert Costello who was shut down by Merchan every time he opened his mouth to testify what he knew about Michael Cohen) , with a hyper-partisan Alvin Bragg as prosecutor.
A trial rigged at every turn with suppressed evidence and suppressed facts, NOT a fair trial, a clearly Soviet-style show trial.
As the highest legal scholars Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz and many others have said.
Alan Dershowitz further said "it was the weakest case I've seen prosecuted in 60 years of law practice."
And just today, a post on the court's website reveals a juror revealed to him, posted
a day in advance of the verdict, that the jury would convict Trump, which apparently this person and his "friend" on the jury gleefully celebrated.

Brian Sicknick (age 42) whose brother the coroner told that Sicknick (who by the way, was a Trump supporter who wrote his congressman opposing the Jan 2020 impeachment)
died of a stroke, from natural causes.
The four others who died on Jan 6th are argued to have all been killed by Democrat-Bolshevik police excessive force.

Ashli Babbitt (age 35) was shot for no reason by a Capitol Police Lieutenant (Michael Byrd).
The remaining three,
Rosanne Boyland (34), Kevin Greeson (55), and Benjamin Philips (50) , all had pre-diagnosed fragile health conditions, and on Jan 6th were struck over and over by concussion grenades by police (or by false-flag FBI
disguised as police.)
I earlier posted a photo of one of the officers repeatedly firing concussion grenades into a passive crowd of Trump supporters, just standing outside the Capitol, just waving flags. The police officer in the photo (holding a concussion grenade launcher) is still oddly
unidentified almost 4 years later, which probably means he is a protected undercover federal agent. from
the 97% Democrat-donating FBI.
