Hi Lothar! Pretty good, actually. I'm about as well as I've been in a long time. I had some balance and mobility problems, and started doing weights about three years ago, and feel more like a 30 year old instead of a 55 year old.
I did have something weird happen to me last year. My dad passed away. Six weeks later I discovered I had an older half-brother, born in New Zealand three years before my dad met my mum. Dad never mentioned it. Bit of a headfuck, but he's a really nice guy, so that's gone well.
