Soon we will all be driving those lame electric cars. Ig won't have enough charge in his car to go to the bar or the porn store. I can relate to some of that.

In separate articles, I've seen that both GM and Ford have each lost 5 billion trying to obey the Biden electric car mandate.

These cars are just rotting on lots, and no one is buying them. GM and Ford will increasingly make hybrids, that people may or may not buy.
But ultimately, the auto industry is doomed if Trump is not elected president in Nov 2024. The Democrat-Bolsheviks are just handing over another massive sector of our industry and economy to the Chinese.

And those mandates, if left in place, will also result in massive closure of auto dealerships, and massive closure of auto parts stores. And what few cars are still made, will be made in Mexico by Chinese factories and labor.

Bear in mind the article says the ban doesn't kick in in California for 11 years. That's over a decade to effect a transition which has already started.

I still think it's pretty scary that Democrat "green" advocates are MANDATING technology that is not proven to work, and setting a date to outlaw energy technology that DOES work.
Maybe it will be ready by 2040, maybe it won't.

But the U.S. has an unlimited supply of oil, natural gas and coal. But if we go "green", we are dependent on batteries, wind, solar, and infrastructure that can only be purchased from China, and would make the U.S. a vassal of China, completely dependent on China.

Whereas we would be energy independent for a least the next 200 years if we continue using fossil fuels, until "green" technology is truly ready to replace it.
And it was Trump during his 2017-2020 presidency who made the U.S. oil independent and a net exporter of energy for the first time in 72 years. And it was Biden and the Democrats who threw a wrecking ball at that and burned it to the ground the moment they were inaugurated in Jan 2021.
Resulting in a doubling in he price of gas, and a doubling in price of every product transported to market by plane, ship, train or truck.
And in the vaccuum of U.S. oil, opened a vast stream of revenue for Russian and Iranian oil, that fully funded wars in Ukraine and Israel.

All intertwined, that would be flicked off like a switch the moment Trump would be elected.
And within months, prices would rapidly decline, and wars would be de-funded and disincentivized.

Vs. the escalating threat of world war, if Comrades Harris and Walz were to be inaugurated,. To continue the controlled demolition of the United States, and with it, the world.
