Earlier in the topic, I posted the image of a Don Martin cartoon page, but the image expired.
From MAD 136, July 1970, on page 48, "One Day In A Garage", where a doctor expresses frustration to his mechanic about the high cost of his auto repair, and it has a mind-bendingly wild reversal.

And Dave Berg's "The Lighter Side of Sex" is also exceptionally good.
