Back onto the topic of the thread: Jack Smith is appealing the first instance decision on Trump's misappropriation of classified materials. If Trump is re-elected, that prosecution will get shut down. I'd say he has run out of time in that eventuality.
The alleged Arlington cemetery opportunistic grave photo-op is yet another false narrative.
Televised interviews on Fox and Newsmax, of multiple persons in the grieving families, who were right next o Trump throuout the ceremonies, say it never happened.
It's another Democrat-Bolshevik narrative, similar to the alleged "suckers and losers" comments by Trump at D-Day ceremonies at Normandy about those who died. A narrative calculated to smear Trump with veterans, but 20 people near Trump the entire time, including Sebastian Gorka and Kash Patel, say it was absolutely false and never happened.
As I recall, it was only ultra-woke backstabbing
Gen. Mark Milley and one other who alleged Trump said this. Guys with a strong motive to smear Trump. And who were the puppet-masters of the Afghanistan collapse in Aug 2021. .
The "constituency" who "regard Netaanyahu as a war criminal" are muslim immigrants concentrated in Michigan and Minnesota who hate Israel in any circumstance, and cheer on the Oct 7 2023 Hamas attack that killed roughly 1,200 Israelis, and kidnapped about 240 more Israelis and foreigners, including nationals of the Phillipines, Japan, and 42 U.S. citizens, many of whom have further died in captivity. Hamas won't even release the bodies of those who died. Probably to let them further decompose, to hide evidence of how they were treated before they died.
This "constituency" also cheers on further attacks on Israel. AND on the U.S. That's the vote the Democrats are pandering to.
And I'd agree, Jack Smith is a Democrat apparatchik all the way, and he is making one last grasp at keeping his case alive.
And at this point is (and always was) more about making his case heard in the court of public opinion, rather than in an actual court of law.
