Well, obviously, even Democrat-Bolshevik Democrat operatives and FBI agents with a ton of evidence against them are still innocent till proven guilty and all that.

And further, Rep James Comer, interviewed almost nightly, details the House investigation evidence that exists against Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and their other family members who have received illicit kickback cash in a network of shell accounts from Russia, from China, from Ukraine, from Rumania, from Kazakhstan and other countries. Their prosecution obstructed only by a Joe Biden / Merrick Garland DOJ and FBI that absolutely refuses to prosecute he mountains of evidence in these cases.
Payments from those nations to the Bidens amounts to both political corruption, and TREASON.
Incredible irony, that Rep. Adam Schiff and other Democrats accused Trump of being a "Russian asset".
At the exact same time
Hunter Biden was laundering money into the U.S. for the wife of the mayor of Moscow,
a close personal friend of Vladimir Putin !
And by the way, Hunter Biden was helping Putin's inner circle of Russian oligarchs avoid economic investment sanctions imposed on Russia , both prior to Trump's presidency, and from he further punishing sanctions added on Russia by Trump in 2017-2020.
But yeah, Trump is a "Russian asset" and not the Bidens, right.

Compare that eagerness to prosecute and launch gun-heavy 6 AM raids on Republicans, to shielding and burying evidence against Hunter Biden (and by doing so, shielding Joe Biden and Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton) from prosecution with a ridiculous sweetheart Hunter Biden plea deal, that Judge Cannon was sickened by, and threw out of court.
Prosecuting the Bidens is
NOT a "witch hunt", it is

* IRS director Koskinen and Lois Lerner at IRS, weaponizing the IRS against Tea Party groups, against teligious conservative groups like Franklin Graham, and against large Republican donors like Frank Vandersloot.
* Falsely accusing and imprisoning Scooter Libby, and Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) on false charges. Rigging evidence, and overcharging to extort plea deals,
FROM INNOCENT MEN.
And then have since done the same to thousands more innocent peaceful January 6th protesters, to peaceful pro-life activists, to innocent PTA parents just voicing opposition to woke policy, and to thousands of others falsely labelled as "dangerous white supremacist terrorists" by an ultra-Democrat "woke" and weaponized Biden/Obama FBI.
* Susan Rice and Samantha Powers in the Obama administration, from at least 2012-2016, "unmasking" Republican leaders in at least hundreds of FISA transcribed reports, that FBI Democrats used to attack their political conservative opponents.

Then CIA director Gina Haspel JUST BY THE WEIRDEST COINCIDENCE signed an order that allowed an NSC/CIA operatives like Vindman and Ciaramella to accuse and give the pretense for impeaching President Trump,
JUST BY THE WEIRDEST COINCIDENCE, THAT MONTH, RIGHT BEFORE THE HOUSE DEMOCRATS RUSHED FOR AN IMPEACHMENT (Jan 2020) .
And by the weirdest circumstance, no one at CIA can say who or when that whistle-blower witness authorization paper was put on Gina Haspel's desk to be signed, or precisely when it was signed.

Judge Cannon dismissed the Mar A Lago documents case as bogus roughly a year ago before the Nov 2024 election.
The Fulton County, Georgia case fell apart because of how incredibly corrupt Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were, Wade being an incompetent inexperienced lawyer who was only hired by Willis for the Trump case because he was the personal sex toy of Fani Willis. And the two of them racked up large sums of money on the state's district attorney expense tab, on "business" vacations across the U.S. in resort hotels to carry on their porn-plot-like sexual liasons. They are corrupt to the point of being a joke. And the case will be completely dismissed.
How is that "running out the clock"?
You celebrate the E Jean Carroll verdict in a completely ridiculous case, as evaluated by the finest legal minds in the country, such as Alan Dershowitz, and Jonathan Turley, among others, that Trump even quoted in his final statements in court.
E Jean Carroll could not give any specifics about her alleged sexual assault by Trump, what day it allegedly occurred, what month, even what YEAR !
But Trump was found GUILTY?!?
A ridiculous verdict, that will inevitably be overturned on appeal. A guilty verdict only made possible by an incredibly biased prosecutor, an outrageously biased judge, and a 93% foaming-at-the-mouth Trump hating jury, that decided they were going to find Trump guilty before the first piece of evidence was shown, just to give a win to the Democrat-Bolshevik party they support, and to stick it to Trump.
Likewise the Stormy Daniels "non-disclosure agreement" case. Where in the real world of New York state law against any other accused person, even if Trump had actually committed a crime, it writing "legal expenses" on the check re-imbursing attorney Michael Cohen" would have been a misdemeanor with a fine of at most $200 for the one charge.
But Trump committed not even this, his then-attorney Michael Cohen handled the Stormy Daniels payment completely on his own, Cohen selling some of his own property to have the cash to write Stormy Daniels the negotiated $130,000 check.
Then sometime after the election, Michael Cohen billed Trump for "legal expenses" that included the Daniels check and other legal matters (including a fraudulent $40,000 that Cohen overbilled for, just because he felt Trump owed him for an annual bonus Trump didn't give Cohen previously, so Cohen just billed a fake charge, CLEAR fraud against Trump).
Oh,
AND the statute of limitations to even charge a $200 fine (if guilty, but Trump wasn't) was long expired.
But somehow the prosecutor did a magic trick and collaborated with operatives in the Biden DOJ (which is illegal) to magically turn this one correct "legal expenses" label on a check (which it was) in a non-disclosure agreement. And somehow the prosecutor and Biden's weaponized DOJ resurrected that tiny expired possible
misdemeanor fine, and turned it into 34
Federal felonies.
That [b]NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER BEEN INDICTED FOR OR PROSECUTED FOR, OR EVER WILL BE AGAIN, a "novel case" ONLY FOR TRUMP. [/b]
And you, M E M, as a Democrat-Bolshevik, endorse his.
Likewise the Leticia James New York state case, over Trump allegedly misrepresenting the value of Mar A Lago (that in every assessment I've ever seen by any bank or real estate assessor, is estimated at a value of roughly $1 billion.
But leftist/Demoicrat-Bolshevik judge Engoran somehow alleges that the Mar A Lago property is only worth $18 million, about 2% of its ACTUAL value.
Trump did not estimate the value of Mar A Lago,
professional property assessors did.
And then the Deutsche Bank, who gave the property loan to Trump, did not challenge that estimated value, because the bank's
own real estate assessors came up independently with the same estimated value.
And Deutsche Bank further testified IN COURT that there was nothing improper by Trump or his organization in securing the loan, every payment by the Trump organization was on time, and Deutsche Bank made a huge profit, and would eagerly lend to the Trump organization again.
So... where is the "crime", M E M ? Who is he victim?!?
But a Democrat partisan judge Engoran, a Democrat partisan prosecutor Bragg, and an over 90% Democrat Trump hating jury, found Trump "guilty" (of WHAT?!?) for purely political reasons.
Once again, a "novel case" that NO ONE BUT TRUMP, before or since this case, will ever be indicted or prosecuted for. It's all just theater, so that on some bogus charge, for purely political reasons, Democrat leaders can allege that Trump is a "convicted felon".
On WHAT exactly?
The judge gave the jury a menu of charges they could convict Trump on, and even the jurors could not agree on what of that menu they convicted Trump of.
Is this "justice". M E M ? Is this an actual crime?!? Not, it's not.
THAT, M E M, is an
ACTUAL "witch hunt".
Trump didn't "evade justice", there was no justice in these convictions, every one of them were bizarre made up "novel" cases, that NO ONE ELSE, only Trump, before or since, will ever be indicted for or prosecuted for again.
And even the select few fake "guilty" verdicts will be overturned on appeal, such was the OBVIOUS abuse and manipulation of the law to get these charges to verdict, in even the cases that made it to prosecution.
So it's a total B.S. Democrat-Bolshevik narrative to say Trump was guilty of anything, or that he is "Running out the clock" to get away with something. Many of these cases and charges were well beyond the statute of limitations to ever charge, or were dismissed by judges a long time ago. And they were "novel" bogus made-up charges to begin with.
And the ones that got a bogus conviction by sleight of hand with biased judges, biased prosecutors, and carefully selected Democrat-biased juries, the best legal minds in the country say these egregious biases will get all these convictions thrown out on appeal.
