pretty soon, in the first week in february, my boards will be updated, both in style (the work of myself), and in form (the work of infopop, the creator of the boards program).
by that time, these boards will be THE place to be. they'll look purdy, and work smoothly, offering cool features (like the online and private message modificiation) not found on other boards.
what i need, however, is more users. as much as i have a fondness for each of you... the membership here must grow (and with it, conversations will become more involved, more fun).
i know i've asked before, but, this time... i mean it.. ..um..more. so please, do whatever you can. bring a friend, bring two. get the word (and the URL link) out there.
my boards must rule all.
------------------
i have spoken

Some days urg makes me proud to be his friend. Then there are the days that he steals my beer and fucks my woman. Somedays he gets that backwards.-Lothar

"Those were good days. Sitting around the campfires, eating dinosaur meat, and clubbing our wimmens in the head. I dream of those days sometimes. When Urg would make speeches and lead us to victory over the neighboring tribes. Good days, man. Good days." -Grimm

ABBA Mamma Mia

Ive been cheated by you since I dont know when
So I made up my mind, it must come to an end
Look at me now, will I ever learn?
I dont know how but I suddenly lose control
Theres a fire within my soul
Just one look and I can hear a bell ring
One more look and I forget everything, o-o-o-oh

Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much Ive missed you
Yes, Ive been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know,
My my, I could never let you go.

Ive been angry and sad about the things that you do
I cant count all the times that Ive told you were through
And when you go, when you slam the door
I think you know that you wont be away too long
You know that Im not that strong.

Mamma mia, even if I say
Bye bye, leave me now or never
Mamma mia, its a game we play
Bye bye doesnt mean forever

Mamma mia, here I go again
My my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much Ive missed you
Yes, Ive been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go
Mamma mia, now I really know
My my, I could never let you go

Pierce Brosnan had no idea what the project was about when he signed on: the producers
told him it was being filmed in Greece and Meryl Streep was starring and he agreed.
Brosnan declares that he would have signed on for anything involving Meryl. He described
her as "that gorgeous blonde I fancied terribly in Drama School."

The historic town of Lexington, South Carolina is a direct descendent of the old Royal
township of Saxe Gotha. This township was one of eleven established in 1735 by the
Colonial government of King George II to encourage settlement of backcountry South
Carolina and serve as a protective buffer between powerful Indian tribes to the west and
the older settled plantations of the low country. The name Saxe Gotha was in honor of the
marriage of the British Prince of Wales to Princess Augusta of the German State of Saxe
Gotha.

The theme of Atlas Shrugged, as Rand described it, is "the role of man's mind in
existence." The book explores a number of philosophical themes that Rand would
subsequently develop into the philosophy of Objectivism. It advocates the core
tenets of Rand's philosophy of Objectivism and expresses her concept of human
achievement. In doing so it expresses many facets of Rand's philosophy, such as the
advocacy of reason, individualism, the market economy and the failure of government
coercion.

Atlas Shrugged received largely negative reviews after its 1957 publication, but
achieved enduring popularity and consistent sales in the following decades. In the
wake of the late 2000s recession sales of Atlas Shrugged have sharply increased,
according to The Economist magazine and The New York Times. The Economist reported
that the fifty-two-year-old novel ranked #33 among Amazon.com's top-selling books on 13
January, 2009.

Q: Why is air a lot like sex?
A: Because it's no big deal unless you're not getting any.
