I believe I suggested another tier originally
You want to say Lois is first tier fine I could respect that argument (although I do not agree with it) but this is called comic book character draft PART 2 and in PART 1 she was a second tier
I would think if rule changes like this where going to be made they should be made public.
But obviously FUCKO doesn't think so. I would like to unpick Lois. I think I should be able to replace her but what ever rob you change the rule how ever you feel fit OK
Why should they make sense ?

yeah, i think it was you who suggested the 4th tier. which, i think is leaning towards the right direction, but im still against the idea, cuz i see it causing a whole bunch more prollums.
in part 1 she was second tier. in part 2, she's top tier. there's yer difference, its a different part. i dunno what else to say. this is a whole new game and, while strikingly similar to the last round, is obvioulsy not the same thing.
as for making it public -- id love to do so. but thats another impossibility, as it'd involve naming every. single. character -- AND their respective status (which even the real companies, themselves, have never been able to do).
so, instead, you have to have a judge. me. im not perfect (dont even claim to be. often.) so judgements will vary, of course, but... so be it, a ruling still had to be made, and im still gonna stick with it.
and... i dont even know where the hell the game is anymore. lemme recap it:

Anybody would took part or read part 1 would think "Oh this is how Rob thinks OK I will plan accordingly "

When we buy a character, i.e. Lex Luthor, do we get all their holdings (companies) as well? Like the name, Lex Corp?
And can we buy groups? Like, the Illuminati or the whatever Empire that one chick is from in the X-Verse (where the Emron crystal came from)?

this would all really depend on the purchasees, themselves.
buying bruce wayne, for example, WOULD get you his money and his job, 'wayne enterprises'.
however, buying clark kent would NOT get you the daily planet.
so, really, its more so about what aspects are defining characteristics OF the character you've selected.
lex luthor would come with nice suits and money and power and his corporations, as they are part of his character.

sort of, yes.
again, this is more of a case by case thing, but... for the most part, you get the 'generic' idea behind all the groups (not any stand-alone character).
