This guy has a really dry sense of humor and a monotone delivery. He keeps a straight face and seems depressed all the time. It's not Steven Wright! I think his first name is Fred, I keep thinking "Fred Wolf," but that's not it. He's a tall lanky guy with a pronounced Adam's apple and what look to me like Germanic features. Dammit, this is really bugging me I can't think of his name! They used to show his stand-up on Comedy Central a lot, back when they showed stand-up, and he's also a writer and appears in stuff from time to time (like that helps!)
