The deal I have is that I'll stay here as long as the number of jerks from the DCMBs who migrate here stays limited, or if the people who gave me the most grief stay away. If the biggest jerks of them all (and we already have one in our midst) start flooding in and if the idiots who drove me off the DCMBs in the first place show up, I'm outta here.
