I'm surprised no one's mentioned Dark Victory yet. I've not personally read it, but it's one of my friend's favorite Bat-stories...

I also like the Prestige format oneshot by Loeb/Sale called Madness starring Bats and the Mad Hatter. 'Course, I'm a Mad Hatter fan, so what do I know?
