deals are completed ONLY if all the criteria below are met:
1) a captain proposes an offer 2) an agent accepts that offer 3) at least 24 hours have passed after the agent's acceptance 4) no other captain made an offer during that 24 hour period
piggy, in your specific case, ttt and i-man accepted all three of your offers on september 16, just before 1 AM (EST). that is when the 24-hour clock started, so those deals are still in "the spotlight" until 9-17 at 1 AM.
Aaaahhhh...24 hours Ok...I'm still on my first bid then.....
