i'm assuming that it can be done, tho its certainly underhanded. as long as dave doesn't make a formal offer, he's not technically breaking the rules.
plus, there's no guarantee dave will hold to his promise. it could just be a trick.
and, since agent's want only the best for their clients, they might not want to be willing to even consider such an informal offer (especially since one person made an actual offer, already showing a higher priority for the client).

I originally bid 45 mill for powergirl but had to up it- so I did to 50 mil as i-man said it wasn't enough due to her jsa status.....
so, is that in fact spotlighted...the 50 mil has not been accepted or refused that I can see though..

-Healing Factor and regeneration(probably the best healing factor in comics)
-Immortality
-Track down anyone in the galaxy once he's been around them just once, so if hes gonna kill you, there aint nowhere ta hide cause he WILL find you!
-Instantly analyze an opponent, weighing up their abilities and defenses perfectly, giving him exact knowledge of their weak spot.
-He once gained an ability called "the secret of exploding numbers" in which basically he can make anything explode by saying a number. The louder he says the number and the higher the number is, the bigger the explosion. But hes never used it past the issue he gained it(which by the way was LOBO: Fragtastic Voyage)
Lobo is THE best asset anyone can have in their team. Lobo wants $50M and that you provide a safe place for his dolphins.
