An agent agreed to the same price with Dave before I started bidding.
all that means is that dave had swamp thing in the spotlight for that period of time.
once you came in with a counter offer, the clock was dropped.
you and dave outbid one another for awhile, then both retracted your bids. you then started over at 20 mil. no agent has yet addressed your latest swamp thing bid.
