OK, TK. I hear your line of reasoning, but I don't think Mr. Majestic is a mainstream DC character. This is a crossover, only it's taking place in the regular book instead of a special. What makes you say that this isn't a crossover? I will listen to your reasons and give them their proper consideration, but I'm very on the fence about selling you another character with planet-smashing power levels.
There were a couple of Nemesis characters, right? I'm assuming you want the guy with the blonde hair from the 70s. If so, he accepts, along with Hourman.

This was awhile back apparently I didn't specify but I wanted the current versions...since I didn't put II and III next to the character names i assume there could be a loophole, but i was bidding on the modern versions.

An interesting point, Nowhereman, a very interesting point indeed. Whoever ends up owning the Guardians could conceivably charge a modest one-time licensing fee to the captains who have Green Lanterns in their universes. (I must stress modest and one-time in the spirit of good sportsmanship.) Likewise with the wizard Shazam with regard to the Marvels.

I think the captains would be better served by an agent who knew the DC Universe better. When I stole some of TTT's Marvel properties, I never thought it would lead to...this... But I'll do what I can in my own inadequate way until the last dollar has been spent.

OK TK, by my calculations..not Rob's I have you after Nemesis, GA Hourman and retraction on Majestic...at a total of 523.25 Million out of 550 million..Meaning your balance remaining with no new bids is 26.75 million.
So hurry and spend your 26.75 mil....
If you have problems with your 4 mil bid on GA Hourman then get with Marc I'm sure he'll let you renegotiate or cancel the previous bid, but the accepted, completed bid is included in my calculations.
