Sounds like fun! This place definetly needs more of the old DCMBers. Or maybe they're here and I'm completely missing them.

I'm pretty sure that the majority of the regulars here came from the DCMBs at various times (mostly from being banned from them :lol: ) Just check out the other forums and I'm sure you guys will find familiar faces. Of course, I'm certain that the influx of DCMBers will continue once the new and uh... improved ![[um.... uh huh! ... ]](graemlins/umuhhuh001.gif) ![[izzat so?]](graemlins/zatso.gif) :lol: boards replace the old boards.

I started out spending a fuckload too much time at the DC boards back in '99 (I think I registered there maybe a month or so after First National Bastard... by the way, hi Shane). Had a few different names there, but mainly I was Rypta Gud'n. It's sad how few people get that reference, but Power Company lasted as long as it did.
Spent a while at Athanon (again, a fuckload too much) after I stopped posting at DC because I realised it was the same four conversations repeated ad infinitum.
Now I'm here. And screw you all.

Can someone please show me where I can see the new boards? The old ones still look exactly the same to me ... and the new ones are horrid, I have to see them! I've seen everything Ed Wood and Phil Tucker have ever produced, and I did sit through an entire season of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, so I know I can handle "bad".

I think they've already started to lose traffic. I've noticed less people posting less topics, and I think I've only seen one or two new names there.
BTW, I'm also from the DCMB. I'm not that frequent a poster, but I am a frequent lurker.
You know, this vaguely reminds me of the "GLMB refugees" moving to the CrossGen boards last November/December.
