The riddle. If you word it saying "what has four wheels and flies?" than it could be construed to mean 4-wheeled flying machine or 4-wheeled bug house. If the dual connection is cut by something blatently dissimilar (ie- "costs eleven million dollars") then the connection is schismed and doesn't hold the same word-duality tie inherant in almost all riddles taking that form. |The sentance no longer says 'what has flies?' it now says 'what flies?' because the word "has" was disconnected from "flies" with the addition of the sentance 'what costs eleven million dollars?' The only word congruent throughout the riddle is "What" so it doesn't make sense that the solution is "A solid gold garbage truck." Because a garbage truck cannot fly. As the riddle states.
