Or I suppose we could always borrow a page from Lash's book and use "Welcome to the Legion Forum. Pull out your collection and post your tits off"

Nightcrawler's first suggestion is quite compact and accurate, including alluding to the uniqueness of the fans having resuscitated and then created (starting with Shooter) these stories. I doubt we'll do better than that.

A mention of the LMBP would be too insular and "in-joke"ish, I fear. As much fun as that enterprise has been, some on the outside (in the DCMB Legion boards, old and new) have wondered what it is, in tones that suggest the feelings of those looking in on mayhem they don't understand, and being a bit put out.

I like Nightcrawler's version, too, though 1958 would be more accurate.

Oh, we were discussing, complaining, creating, and inspiring even before the first Legion story was published! We're Legion fans, after all!

It's rather plain, but I like Legion HQ.

I also like Nighcrawler's byline, but how about "30th and 31st centuries"?

I like nightcrawlers idea, so why dont we just say
"Danger! Keep away this board is Quarrentined"

but if we want a succinct and accurate description then Nightcrawlers has a good one.

Though I wouldn't mind seeing a reference to tits being posted off either.

It's an arduous process, fraught with peril. Many don't survive. But you'll get there. I have a hunch. And my hunches are never wrong.
