Chelsea was a stuck up mutt, who called herself an "actress" (yeah right-Woof!), and gave me the runaround for a few issues of Superman Family-back when I had intelligence AND thought baloons.
Though thinking back, maybe it was Jimmy "dressing up" again. That might explain the freckles you mentioned-and his preference for doggy style.
