I noticed that there was some speculation about who TD really is. All we know is she (or he) has a sense of humour, seems to enjoy a good bargain, has a great knowledge of Legion lore and likes or needs privacy. After spending the afternoon giving this serious consideration, I came up with the following possibilities:
1) Sensor Girl (time travelling)
2) Paul Levitz (Lardlad's mom - isn't that fact alone reason for anonymity?)
3) the former Iraqi Minister of Information
4) Michael Jackson
5) Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (which would explain why they hear so few cases these days).
Well, I'm open to other suggestions. We'll get to the bottom of this, Espionage Squad!

I saw the season finale of "Charmed," and (except for the loveliness of the ladies, including Ms. Milano) was notably underwhelmed. Cheesily written and, to my dismay, notably unimaginative with the three-witches-on-Nob-Hill premise.
What, though, has Ms. Hannigan done lately? I last remember her alongside Kim Basinger and Dan Aykroyd in the underrated and very pleasantly silly "My Stepmother Is an Alien."

Alyson Hannigan was on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (which I never watched, BTW) for several seasons. She was also in the American Pie movies.
Alyssa Milano was probably best known from her child-star role as the daughter on "Who's the Boss". She also starred in "Charmed" (which I've also never seen). She was "Eva Savealot" in those annoying 1-800-Collect commercials from a year or two ago.

Well, well, that was a long time ago, then. The NyQuil-beset version of my brain thought tonight that "My Stepmother Is an Alien" was from the mid-'90s. It was from -- thank you, IMDb.com, if you ever can load quickly -- 1988, and Ms. H was 14. Quite a change.

What mystifies me is that I saw "American Pie," missed her entirely, and haven't the slightest notion who she was. (In a horny-teenager comedy of no great distinction. Except for the oversexed nerdy girl playing flute and getting a lot out of *ahem* Band camp. That rang true. There's a reason I played flute with all those girls around me for eight years in Band *ahem squared* ... but I digress.)
I missed every minute of "Buffy," movie and series. Never understood what the commotion was about. O'course, the DCMBers never grasped why I had to see Nicole and Ewan in "Moulin Rouge" 17 times, either, you philistines {grin}
