Speaking of ![[wink]](images/icons/wink.gif) , I have a few issues I'd like to adress... 1. Ummmm... is this story coming to an end any time soon? We started it a half a year ago. 2. Are we gonna start a new talk thread any time soon? We're on page ten. 3. I put this item here only to make it seem like I had more than two points to make. Point two is really nothing to worry about. We can start a new talk thread anytime we like. We could also keep this going until the end of this adventure, then start a new talk thread for the CSF. But point one is a lot tougher (and important). Not trying to blame anyone, of course, (if anything, I drag this story out more than anyone else here) but we've got a pretty complicated story with numerous dangling plotlines. It also doesn't seem to be anywhere near its end. But like any good whiner I offer only rants with no solutions. I do want to actually finish the adventure. I'm enjoying the plot and it would kinda suck to work for six months then ditch the story. But I also want to close this baby and move on to CJ's epic.

Hey you make good points. You're right to say its no one person's fault...I think maybe a little more communication before we do everything might help. But so far its been great. No major bickerings, and that's always good! As far as how to wrap it up...I can't help with the battles that much, not knowing a lot about Marvel (not that I am a DC expert, come to think about it). So you guys write the end however you want. I have only one request if someone posts a conclusion before me. I figured after we save the real comic-book characters (isn't that an oxymoron) maybe have some of them thank us. You know, like have the Invisible Woman give DND some cleaning solution. I figured Hawkgirl would give me a pair of Hawk-boots. And Wonder Woman could give Wednesday...well...you figure that out. You know, that's poetic justice.

Re: Wednesday's points of order. Point 1. I would hate to see the story unresolved too, but we could go on forever with it. Ace was working on the battle with the FKatJL, and others indicated they were willing to write other battles. I guess it all depends on where everyone is up too in their writing? Plus Jack is waiting patiently for us to finish so he can join in the next adventure. Anyhoo, I've nearly resolved the Brit/DBP dangling plot line (still have to get us hitched before CJ's adventure). But I don't think (y)NW has resolved his "identity crisis" with Batman plot-line yet? Mind you having said that, I'm attempting to finish off that old concurrent JLR War thread Chant started ages ago too. ![[yuh huh]](images/icons/rolleyes.gif) (Though I'm very sorry about the last post, was doing it at work and ran out of time to polish and finish it properly. I'll edit on the weekend). Point 2. I'm not fussed about a long Talk Thread. However I don't mind if we start a new one when we focus on CJ's adventure. Brit

Cool and thanks. I'll just keep contributing to our mid-battle misadventures when I can until we reach the JLA (probably the last or second-to-last battle). I also want to contribute to the JLR War story and help Brit, Chant, and 552 develop and finish that up. Plus I have an idea for an AGW origin story. It's not really a comedy, but I think it would make an interesting tale. Ummm... all we have to do now is resolve the Incredible Hulk subplot I started before the weekend comes, so Ace can post his Formerly Known As The Justice League Battle. Yay us  ! P.S.: Brit, I sent your che..que out prior day mail on Thursday, so you should have received it on Wednesday. If he wasn't a good guy now, I'd have a feeling a certain villainous postal carrier was behind all this.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been busy with my new job and night class, but I'll post soon. I've decided to make my character a little less power-crazed and a little more resourceful (it's truer to who I am).
Oh, and believe it or not, I'm not a Baywatch fan. I was only watching to make fun of David Hasslehoff's singing at the beginning of each episode.

Yeah, sorry we've been changing things around before you can post. We've hatched a bomb, changed Harpy back to CJ, destroyed the tape, defeated the Hulk, and added a part time member. Good thing, though, is that we're FINALLY at the perfect spot in the story for a battle.

Less Goku, more McGyver, got it. It would be good, though, if we could find some way to forcefully (???) power (y)N down in the story. With that much power, there really isn't any need to be resourceful.

Hey people, just dropped in for a short visit to announce that I have begun writing the battle between the JLR and the Avengers, and man is there a story twist there you won´t soon forget!!!
Anyhoo, Just started working again after my vacation and man is it HOT, I tell you, today we had approximately 30 degrees Celcius, which is quite a lot in Denmark I tell you!!
And I spend most of time in either a hot-as-hell van, or a hot-as-hell lifter, or in front of windows directly in the sun. And the air humidity, it´s almost unbearable!!!
Anyhoo, I recon I will have the story done by Monday, (That´s a guess)
Ohh, and one last thing, I SHALL NEVER CHANGE MY AVATAR!!!
