Wednesday
Powers: Variable. Every Wednesday of every week, Wednesday gets a new power. So far he's been able to teleport, and move objects. At one point during The Convention Adventure Wednesday had 365 powers (time warp bubble glitch). Currently, he can apparently harden himself to steel, a la Colossus, giving him super-resistance and strength.
Note: This isn't every real-life Wednesday, however. Real weeks pass much faster than weeks in the story, so months can go by in the real world before the character sees a power change.
Personality: Possibly the least heroic of the heroes, Wednesday would prefer to be surrounded by good looking women than beating up on villains. Wednesday is always on the prowl for a beautiful girl with a nice body and a phone number to give. He is also, possibly the most likely to say what's on his mind. What's on his mind, though, is often the last thing anyone wants to hear. He can be condescending and plainly rude at times. His heart is in the right place, though. When the chips are down, Wednesday can be counted on.
History: Rumored to be an ex-pimp (this has never been proven or denied) Wednesday's origins are blurry at best. Originally, he was called Any Given Wednesday before shortening his name to simply Wednesday.
Related Characters:
Superfly Sr.: Wednesday's doppleganger from this universe, Superfly has the exact same power. When the JLR first came to this universe (Rob's Damn Board) from their own (the DCMBs) Superfly Sr. pretended to be Any Given Wednesday, allowing him to infiltrate the JLR's ranks. This plan was eventually thwarted after the real Any Given Wednesday appeared in this universe. Currently, Superfly Sr. is a member of the Injustice Reality League (IRL), a group of villains consisting largely of JLR dopplegangers.
Vanessa: She is a Hooter's Restaurant calendar girl who once had... relations with Superfly Sr. At the time, however, Superfly was masquerading as Wednesday (named Any Given Wednesday back then), so Vanessa naturally believed Wednesday was the father of their unborn child. Recently (in the unfinished JLR War story) she was seen hanging with the IRL. Apparently, she is with Superfly Sr. now; though whether she is a member of the IRL has yet to be seen.

I have been working on Britannica's Encyclopaedia JLR - an alphabetical listing to every character appearing in the adventures of the JLR, including outlines of their histories (if known), powers (if known), weapons (if known) + bases of operations and teams.
I've already completed JLR - In The Beginning (the DCMB storyline), and I'm up to events on page 3 of JLR-MB.
I'm hoping to record events and characters up to the end of War, before I start posting it. Then I'll release appendixes for CSF, Wedding, etc, later.
So in other words, don't hold your breath for it to come out anytime soon.

I like your style of storytelling, Centurian. One of the intersteresting aspects of these stories is interpreting everyones different perspectives and styles. I wish I had done more homework as you have before posting my first. I'm pretty jazzed about how this current story will move along. I want others to write more before I practice and develop as a Leaguer and writer.
Thanks Fused. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm not sure I got everyones personalities right? As you can see I wrote it from a self-perspective.
I really enjoyed Hybrid's post too, I thought it was really funny.
Looks like I'm going to have to come online a bit more often, or I'm going to be left behind as the story progresses.

Alright, alright, I'm gonna stuff some more Future Times stuff into this talk thread (what'cha gonna do about it huh?)
For those happy few who actually might be wanting to read what I've written, well, you'll just have to wait a lil' longer. Somethings came up, and I had to deal with them first, not terribly important things, but higher priority nonetheless.
Besides, when I said most likely today, I forgot "realistically, some time during the week"
But hey, you all know that I'm very slow when it comes to writing.
I've decided to do a Bio on Chant to begin with. That's not saying that he will be back anytime soon, he won't! I'll reintroduce him some time after CSF. He won't appear in CSF, as I said before.
The bio on the Chessmaster will have to wait, as I haven't really figured it out yet, he was more of an impulse creation kinda guy if you know what I mean.

Hmm. I've been readin up on some old JLR adventures. Hilarious. I've also discovered that RM552 is the tech-guy. I dont wanna muscle in on that territory so I'll think about what kind of alteration I can do for my character history to give him more breathing room. I'll probably end up making Fused a meta of some sort.

Sweet. It'll be a fun to see Vegi throw down with Hybrid and Wed. Fused's bio is redone in JLR: Secret Files and Origins . I've had some free time today to read the Convention Adventure and have a better grasp on the characters. While the creative juices are flowing if I have time I'll knock out another post on JLR vs the CSF!

Hey guys. Another team member collected. I'm working on my character bioraphy. But it may take a while to finish. After all I have 100 related characters to create. I just read CSF yesterday. Ve-reee interesting. I like Fused and Chessmaster. I can see Chessmaster playing out his games in remote locations against unseen foes. Pretty cool.

speaking of the csf...
brit and i came up with a few members for this crime society of fiction, but we figure it's a good idea to give everyone a chance to add one member of their own to the csf. just remember that the person you choose should be a villain from fiction (movies, tv, books). also, it might be a good idea to stay away from villains who are uber-powerful unless you know a way to defeat them, and avoid villains most of us probably have never heard of.
here's some of the villains from the list we made up. this list is just here to give you ideas. these aren't actual members unless someone decides to add one from the list. you're all welcome to take one of these or add your own bad guy. in the end, the csf will hopefully have one villain from each of us.
