He said he tested it in lask weeks episode, saying their relationship was clear. He never flat out said what the results were.
I'm worried about tonight's episode. The last one with Isabella Rosalina was so bad it was funny. Hopefully she won't stink this episode up.

All I can say about last week's episode regarding Jack and Syd is....
HA! I KNEW IT!!!!
I've been saying since what seems like season 1 that if Jack had any doubts about Syd's parentage, he'd have her DNA tested and that he truly is her biological father.
As for tonight's episode....
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
My mom and I both screamed when Jack jumped Katya at the end. HOO I so didn't see that one coming and neither did my mom.
Vaughn's an idiot who really needed to be slapped tonight. And no, I'm not a syd/Vaughn or Syd/Sark shipper. I personally think the best person she could be with is Will. But that's just me and I'm in the minority on that one.
It's a rented tux ok? I'm not going comando in another man's fatigues.

On a side note I have seen Will (Bradley Cooper) on the USA series Touching Evil.

You and me both. And my friend who only saw season one and will be renting season 2 shortly.
Sid and Will always seemed perfect. The show should end with Vaughn dying to save Sydney, and Sydney going back to Will. That would be perfect.

I hear ya, rex. Although, take a look at what may be the network's plan for season 4 from Spoilerfix- Quote:
05/18 - Alias airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on ABC. Alias has been picked up for a fourth season but the first episode will air in January 2005. This means Alias will have an uninterrupted and rerun-free 20-episode run.
So, maybe a long wait till next season; but an uninterrupted season.

Alias also got picked up for syndication by FOX. It will air repeats on weekends. I don't think all fox stations will air Alias reruns, just the stations FOX owns.

Here is a link to a site where you can sign a petition to have Alias start in september: http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?zzz627&1I'm not signing it mainly because I would rather have all the episodes one after another.

It's true, ABC is going to air Alias midseason. They've cut the season back to 20 episodes (22 normally) but the advantage is that they're going to show them all in a row, no reruns. Plus JJ said it's going to be good for them to really focus on getting it back on track to the way it was. So it'll suck waitng until January but then again, no reruns, and it's looking to be back on par with what it was second season. Granted I don't hate the 3rd season, I think it's good, not quiet as great as 1 and 2 but it's still good. Can't wait for the dvd, a friend said she heard there's a deleted scene that's going to be included. Something about it being an extension of something shown, just longer with S&M and more violence, or something like that.

The season three DVDs come out in september.
This season has been somewhat disappointing, especially the episode where Sydney and Vaughn go to Korea. The dialogue was so bad it was funny.

Well, for you maybe. It's been over here for about an hour and a half. And we have to wait until January to...

Once we've all stopped screaming, thoughts, theories, come on people, that was undoubtably the best episode this season. So much happened, and it was back on track to where the show was last season.

All right then...um...
Spoilers from here on out!
So, I'm guessing that the papers Sydney looked through had something to do with her birth, and her sister's birth. Like Jack had to get permission to have her. Like, maybe they knew about the possibility of her being the Chosen One all along. I don't know. I just get the feeling that Jack was playing Irina the same as she was playing him. Like she knew who she was, and what her purpose was in the grand scheme of things, and in some ways, so did Jack. Rembaldi has always been behind this show, so maybe it was Jack's obsesion that lead to Sydney's birth in the first place. There was always a reason that she was trained at such a young age, but maybe that has more to do with Rembaldi than we thought.
I don't know. It's going to take some time for all of this to sink in.

Heh, just watched it today. I'll have to watch it a few more times to understand what was going on. This is what sucks about airing an episode and then taking a couple weeks to air a new one. Breaking them up like that just loses all momentem (sp?). Anywho, this just didn't feel like a season finale. Not much happened, just more set up for something more. It felt like there was another episode to go or something. Oh well, I'll watch it a few more times to figure it out.

Well I missed a good portion of what went on pre opening credits due to stupid storms. But I loved it. I will go and watch the tape again because I know there was stuff that I didn't think about when I watched it. I was just surprised it was on last night, I thought we had another week before they'd air it. Still sucks that we have to wait until January, but at least that'll give me time to watch the season on dvd, I'm sure I missed things when I first saw the episodes.

Hmm, just found this at TV Tome. Quote:
This is the first time J.J. Abrams has not written the season finale. J.J. Abrams apparently rewrote the script alot because he didn't feel that the original had everything that he wanted.
Maybe that is why this one just seemed...meh. No big suprise or anything. The Katya betrayal didn't make much sense, Lauren will probably be back, Sark is in custody (again), Sloane and Nadia are off to find Rambaldi's essence or whatever, nothing more revealed about the Covenant, and Sydney finds out what? Just too much left unanswered when they could've tied up some loose ends and set up new ones. They're writers, shouldn't be too hard.

Lauren will be back. What's her name is going to be back as a recuring guest, like Sark, next season.

According to spoilerfix.com 24 will also start in January.
Could this be the beginning of a trend? Have the networks finally realized we like our shows run weekly without interuption? I think this is a very good thing.

hehe I'm not sure it's the start of a trend, but a few other shows have done this before. Like The Sopranos (from what I've heard, I don't have HBO nor did I ever watch it when I did have it briefly) and NYPD Blue, again from what I've heard, this is another show I've never seen.

NYPD Blue did it a few years ago. It was great. They were going to do it again the following season, but ratings were so bad in October during Blue's time slot so they had to move the show they were running to another night and started Blue up ahead of schedule, in November, I think. If the show they are running bombs, don't be surprised to Alias in November. Networks are stupid. You know, there are 52 weeks in a year, right? So, assuming a series runs seasons of 20-24 epsiodes, they could run two series in the same timeslot every year, if they just ran them consecutively, without interuption. I mean, if they actually gave Line of Fire it's own series, I would love it if it would run straight for 22 episodes, say, Sunday's at 9, and then have Alias run straight for 20 episodes. Thats 42 weeks of new programming, which gives ABC 10 weeks to run speacials like awards shows and movies, and even the ever annoying Millionare. But, come on, we're talking about network execs here.

I think the networks are moving to a two season year. Fox has 6 shows starting during the summer, NBC is hyping their new summer schedule. I think they finally figured out that some people like watching TV during the summer.

Yeah, summer has got better now with Monk and Dead Zone. Summer used to be dead cuz everyone was out enjoying themselves or at the movies.
And speaking of Line of Fire, they are showing the last two episodes (new ones) on May 30. Other than those 2 episodes they say that show is not coming back. Kinda sucks, I was getting in to that. "That's that with that."

WOO! I love when they do the 2 hours episodes, it fits with the show so well. Especially when JJ leaves us with killer cliff hangers like he did. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to hunt him down and slap him for that.

That's generally the cheepest the other seasons have been. Have you checked Wal-Mart? I've found them to be the cheepest. Course I got season 2 for Christmas, but if I remember correctly, I got season 1 from there.
As for 3, I haven't gotten it yet. I spent more on my vacation than I thought, and as a result, I wont be going to DC next month, so I need to put this on hold, buying wise, for a while yet. But then again, I could always put it on my Christmas list and get it then (my family does a grab bag and we list a few things we want).
