Great post really, but you are writing a too wordy Eurostar. The things you put in his mouth are maybe what he really thinks, but he would never talk that way. I mean, he could say some of those things to a crowd of people, and some others to a single person, but he would never talks that way in the situation you depicted.
Aside from that, you picture him perfectly.

Other considerations are in an e-mail.

Sorry about that, Euro. I really do apologize. I picture Eurostar as a revolutionary, and thus, as a charismatic individual. I'll read your e-mail and try to figure out how best to write him in the future. My apologies if I've not done him justice in your eyes.

Thanks all for your encouraging words in regards to my last post. I really enjoyed writing that one...

No, you did justice to him, Chewy. It's just that I figure him less wordy among people that he sees as enemies.

But you caught perfectly the kind of moral conflict that makes him feeling helpless. Great work, really!

I was waiting to give Euro and Gooz a chance to write something - as well as you - I'll post after the next little element is unfolded.

Heck, I'd rather be complimented on my writing anyway. Writing requires effort and skill (not saying I necessarily have the latter mind you) while a birthday simply requires that I eat regularly and find a nice quiet hole in which to survive.

I think that for the flowing of the story the EPS witers should begin their posts with a line that clearly separate it from the "Revolutionaries" part.

Something like "EPS Interlude" or similar.

Ma Kalunga is an old shaman, and Flower is her daughter, she has The Sight, as some call it.
They belong to the local voodoo cult.
Feel free to build around them...is it Naecken or Shift they are talking about?
How many are part of this group, is it just for the religous need, or is it something far more sinister...or maybe it´s a group of Guardians, the ones that use voodoo to protect us from sinister forces?

What are the last names of Sam and Shirley? I haven't been able to find them in the stories anywhere. Have they been given last names yet?

First, Pete just agreed to give up all his money and create a "foundation" which would pay salaries to the group and give each of the group controlling shares, rather than be in charge of the group's finances himself (something he wouldn't care for anyways, since he has absolutely no ego problems).

Second, I edited in a "Roll Call" at the beginning of the story, since I kinda missed seeing that from the old MBL and TOMB stories, and it's also a handy reference to look up all the members, former members, and supporting cast all at once. In the supporting cast I included Shirley, Li'l Jo, Kit Piper and Dr. Henry Quantos, since at the end of "Return to Mandelovia" it had apparently been agreed that he'd be hired on as science advisor via a computer link from his home in Canada once the group set up shop in the Caribbean. This can happen when the telephone company hooks everything up today (the story's "today," I mean), and they could order in some computer equipment and other things they'll need. If we want the apartment's basement to be used as a gymnasium/training centre (and laundry room), that could probably be installed as well. Maybe there's already a modest gym in the basement with a pool (some apartments have them), which could be enlarged and improved with all the money the group now has.

Third, as soon as the meeting with Kit Piper is finished the group can start advertising their new "consulting company" via the internet and other means, which will bring in business. This business will bring in new cases, which means new adventures. If we like it and it works, then we can keep it, and if it doesn't, we can ditch it and figure something else out.

I like the consulting idea,,,a great way for having weird cases.
And all the members don´t need to be on the same case.
Kind of a "Legion" rip off
But a nice idea. I support it.

It might be a Legion rip-off, I'm not sure, since I don't pick up that book.

But if you've read any of our old stories, T5, you should know by now that we've ripped off MANY stories, from DC, Marvel, and the movies, many times over!

T5 and T3... all we need now is T9, Mr. T (or a T1 line) and a "T7" and we'll have cornered the market on odd-number T's! Heh-heh-heh!

I have been thinking of doing a story with TTT in which he becomes "human" as he does every 100 years of his existence, just in order to remain in touch with his roots. I'm considering having him become a member of the Hero Revolution group or maybe the EPS for ONE STORY ONLY in order to do this. Otherwise, he might star in a solo story or a team-up.

Sam's last name hasn't been in a story yet (or at least I don't think it has been).

Um... hmmmm...

How about, Sam Dawson. Yeah, that sounds good.

As seen in my two recent posts I´m building up a supporting cast that will appear now and then in this town.

The bearded man with his daughter on the hill will become frinds with naecken, who now feels the need to socialize with others beyond the team, to come to terms with himself.

Juanito and his brothers are perfect for the "local know-it-all" kids.
Feel free to use them at your leisure.

Flower and Ma kalunga are the local "sensitives" who are connected with a woodoo cult. But respected for their services in the charm and medicine bussiness.
