If Pro and Doc wants do other characters, there are Hawkman and Black Canary, I guess.

Or Plastic Man. Someone do Plastic Man.
My character is going to be some poorly disguised Green Lantern rip-off. That's all you gotta know, really. I'll post the other details in the story as I want to reveal them (read: As I come up with them off the top of my head).
One point: It won't be a ring. Rings are so mid-nineties. It'll be a stylish 24-carat sterling silver necklace.
Thing is- I can’t spell or type. I spell so badly my spell check doesn’t even know what I was trying to spell. And I have five Eisners HAHAHAHHA!!

Danny, can you post at the least the name and phisical apparence of the Green lantern rip-off?
At some point Merlin will held a press conference to present them, he can be as mysterious as you want, but how he is and he is called (and code-named) (and possibly his nationality) it's something I need. No need to reveal the power and background.

His nationality... um... he's from Saturn. Laws of physics be damned.
His powers are pretty much as Green Lantern's are in the comics. Interpret that how you will.
His codename is The Shining Chartreuse.
Thing is- I can’t spell or type. I spell so badly my spell check doesn’t even know what I was trying to spell. And I have five Eisners HAHAHAHHA!!

Who said that this team will ever face Vanguard?
By the way, Grimm, you are so kindly that I try to reward you with the second team picture: the MBL!
Featuring, clockwise, Dirk, Larry, Turkish, TC, Naecken, Velo, Sam, Grimm, Danny, Mxy, Pete, Sonja.
The "costumes" are an elaboration on the grey suits of the early day of MBL, inc.

You know what I meant. Good pic. Mxy has a cow pattern shirt. Can't say I ever pictured Grimm or Turkish in one of those suits, but still, nicely done. I've been waiting to see more of these.

Quick rundown on Amuck to catchup the latecomers.
Powers: Superspeedster. Wears a lightweight leather body armor for protection from impacts. Has outfitted the elbows, knees, head, and other points of the armor with sharp spikes, and the forearms with retractible knives.
Personality: How does Amuck work with his teammates? In short, he doesn't (Which is ironic, as this will be the third team he's been a part of). He's vicious, cunning, and reckless, and has a serious mad-on for TC, having been defeated by him twice, now. Merlin keeps him doped on tranquilizers until he feels the need to release him. He's like a speeding timebomb, all you can really do is let him go and hope he takes out who you want him to. Thus far, Jack Merlin's kept him on a psychological leash, of sorts, by addicting him to morphine against his will. Whether this lasts or not remains to be seen.
Group Affiliations: The Bruttes (inactive), Strikeforce (inactive), Strikeforce 2 (current).

I would, but I've got so much other stuff that I'm working on right now that I don't need another distraction to throw me off track.

Nor me. But being them in the "JLI" style, I choose to do them garish and colorful. Think Lobo as was pictured then, compared to what become later. Still, it was impossible for me to do Dirk in one of those suits, so I gave him a purplish coat, instead of black. Next one will be the new, current incarnation of the team, so I will have to wait to see Mxy's new guy, first. Vanguard around issue 12 will be the last I will do, being it so huge (16 members, I think) that I will need to be out of the current, work-loaded, time.
If Doc can't/wan't to do a Strikeforce, I think it would be interesting to see Pro doing Black Canary. I could do another Hawkman.

But, it's okay if he appears on every cover of every book for the next three months, right? Also, I was thinking about doing some licensed crossovers like "Amuck/Witchblade", "Amuck/Gen13", "Amuck/Lobo", "Amuck/Punisher", and "Amuck/Zoo Crew".
Also, the newly announced "Vanguard: MBL United!" cartoon to debut on Cartoon Network will feature Amuck as the leader of Vanguard, as we can't have kids buying Happy Meals about a villian, now can we?

Euro,
I have no interest in creating a mirage-character based on Black Canary or Hawkman (Raptor?). Thanks, though. I thought about one based off "Firestorm". But, he would be "too powerful".
So, I think I'll just sit back and watch on this one.

What do they say? Knowing the future is the best way to stop it from coming to be? Euro: I really like th epic Good job. I would like it better if you switch around the names for Sam and Larry. Sam is blond hair/blue eyed "pretty boy" and the "larry" visual matching him to a t.

Thanks for the positive reactions, guys. I'm almost starting to think some of you might not hate me completly.

Well, guys & gal, I've been pretty much alone in my office for the past week. The other person that works with me had to go cross country on a family emergency. Pre-registration started this week, so I thought I was going to be extra busy, being the only one here; but she got back into the office this afternoon. It won't be as bad, but I can't say that I'll be participating much in the story this week. If I get a chance here or at home, I just might see if I can put something together.

Euro: Where's Chance?!? He seems to have been lost in the shuffle, since he's not a current member (Mason Templar is), and he wasn't a member at the same time as Pete, either.
Maybe the best thing to do is do one pic for the team before Dirk Bell left and Chance died, and one pic for the team after Ozzy, Adem, Mason and the others joined.

My guy will be called... umm... Water Man. He uses a spandex costume with scales, purple on top and dark green on the legs. He has a fin on the back of his shin AND little wings on his feet. His main ability: talking to fish. That's all. No, not telling them to do stuff or making people collapse like Aquaman did to Zum in New World Order: just talking to fish. He can also breath underwater and has superhuman strenght. Weakness: he can stay in the surface for EXACTLY an hour. If he stays for one second more, he suffers from bizarre side effects (think pre-Crisis multi-colored Kryptonite effects on Superman).
He has an almost square-shaped jaw and a decent short hairdo.
I'm not kidding. Why would he be evil? Because he's sick and tired of people thinking he's the lamest metahuman ever. That's all. Don't underestimate him, he can be a vicious bastard.

Euro...had a little bit of a brainstorm...would it be interesting to a little one-shot of Merlin recruiting the new Strikeforce. You know, have him visiting Lycopkis in her Greek vila, off to Russia and Germany...just an interesting way to introduced the characters. What do you think?

That pic is about Vanguard when it was called MBL. Chance was just a ghost seen only by Pete.
I plan to do two more picture. One about Vanguard, circa issue 12, with Chance, Griss, Phil, Drake/Drax, Tayden, Banshee, Dirk, Grimm, Raptor, Danny, Vengeance, Priest, Mxy, Ameristar, TC and Velo. The last picture (but I will produce it before) will feature the current incarnation of Vanguard, as for "Vanguard Intl: #15" , and should feature Grimm, Tayden, Adem, Drake/Drax, Raptor, Banshee, Phil, Baxter, Templar, Priest (or Sam?), Danny (he will return, right?) and Mxy's new guy. A more manageable 12 people line-up.

It would be very cool, but just if each creator will write the relative recruiting. You write about Lycopsis, NotWedge about the Technician, Danny about the Shining Chaffeur.
I will start the relative thread (for the new rule I guess those post can't be in the Vanguard story), and then each one will post about his/her own Strikeforcers, OK?

It's the late afternoon of the 24, right? I will have Euro arriving only the next morning, as per my solo story...
If nobody has anything to add, I can advance it at that point, but it would seem abrupt, I fear.

I've come up with an idea for a "Firestorm" character. He is ruthlessly powerful, though. So, if anyone has a problem with that, let me know now. Euro, are these just characters for you to use in solo threads, or, are they going to confront Vanguard in the next story, or what? BTW, did anyone take notice of my request for Issue #20? It's not absolutely neccessary, mind you. I just have some ideas I thought would be fun. Let me know.
