The last two episodes of the Superman series had Supes being brainwashed by Darkseid and leading an invasion of Earth. Though Superman regained his own memories back and kicked the Armies of Apokalypse's ass, the world in general didn't know if they could trust him again. One of the most scared was Dr. Hamilton who Supes snaped at in a fit of frustration when Supergirl had been badly hurt and S.T.A.R. Labs didn't know if they could help her.

Good episode. I like that they fully understand that you can show this massive group of superheroes without having to worry about them on an individual basis. Just have them in the background fucking shit up. Classic.
