Those people are used when we need to set up a match that moves a storyline along. TK and Wednesday haven't been in title contention for a while. We've been pushing people who actually post with some regularity. Stareena and Sneaky fill a need in the Women's Division - you're not seriously complaining about the Women's Division, are you?
