Michael Jordan has made plenty of mistakes in his life, just like you or me. The only difference between his mistakes and yours, is that you know about some of his.
Michael Jordan's father was not murdered as part of a mob hit, and if you knew anything about the case, the situation and the circumstances, that fact would be painfully obvious to you. The men who killed MJ's father were moronic lowlife pieces of trash. They didn't even realize who's car they had stolen until they found his ID in the glove compartment, several hours after having driven it around town to various strip clubs(all in police reports, which are actually available online, I guess Michael's "PR people" didn't do a very good job of covering it up, did they?). There is not one shred, not one shred, of evidence supporting the theory that this was a mob hit.
And even if there was, you yourself bring up the main reason why the suggestion that Michael's father would be killed over his gambling debts is ridiculous. He's fucking loaded. He's one of the, if not the, richest athlete in history. He could buy a small country if he wanted to! He could literally go to Vegas every weekend with a thousand dollars for the rest of his life, lose it all, and still be financially stable. The word "debt" is not applicable in Michael Jordan's case. Kinda like the word "losing" was for him on the basketball court.
