Believe it or not I remember when Hogan was a BAD ASS ! When he came to the WWF back in the late 70's/early 80's managed by Classy Freddie Blassie and tried to make a run at Backlund's title. Not sure what the real story was, but he never got much of a push and moved on to Mid-South and AWA territory. The storyline said Backlund was ducking Hogan... at my age at the time I was sure ducking Hogan... He was a terror!
