Only had a chance to watch the first two episodes so far, which are very good and quite trippy. The direction style is very familiar if you have seen Shaun of the Dead.

Got another bunch of stuff through the mail.
I love Amazon as I been picking up loads of real cheap DVDs recently.
It gives me a chance to pick up films I've never seen or films I like,but would never pay full price for.
With the films I've not seen,I'm paying less than rental price so if I dont like em I can just sell em again for the same money & I dont lose out.

Got a ten dollar Wal-Mart gift card at work at dove into the Wally-world Cheap-Ass DVD bin and came up with these:
Figured it'd be the only way I'd ever get purchase the damn thing (basically get it for free). I seriously despise this version of the film, yet sadly it's the only one available in any format (VHSs of the original theatrical cut went out of print over a decade ago, and luckily I've run across to or three of the early releases of it and bought them used). And, it doesn't help that I'm an obsessive compulsive completist about these sorta things....I just love Blade Runner ...just not this version.
