I love Colorado Springs and plan to live here forever, with brief outposts just to experiance other areas of the country/world. The weather is almost perfect (although I have to put up with snow, it's always dried up within three days), the view of the Front Range and Pikes Peak and Red Rocks Garden of the Gods... oh, man. It's just gorgeous. It's not a tiny town, but it's not a huge city. With the exception of circle and the billions of one-way doglegs downtown, driving's a breeze. The town's fairly conservative and, although I'm generally independant, I do tend to agree more with the republican ideals. The only things that could make it better are 1)more of a ska/punk scene, 2)less idiots that attend CC and don't know how to cross a street, 3)more friends that live here - most from when I was a kid moved due to military posts.
