One of the things thats bothering me about this season is that I never know when Jack is lying or telling the truth. He's lied so many times about so many things, I can't take his seriously now.
I also find Sloan somewhat boring now also. He hasn't had any real good scenes yet.
Those two characters are too important to the show to be cast to the side and ignored.
