*nods*
I just reread that aritcle, wanted to be sure I didn't read wrong.
It doesn't say anyting about 5 being the last season for sure, it just says that's it's possible. Just like it was possible that the others seasons were going to end sooner than they did.
It's a rented tux ok? I'm not going comando in another man's fatigues.

I don't think the show will last more than one more season. Networks are stupid, and they always think there is something better out there to run in the place of a show with a loyal fan base. ABC is no different. I will be very surprised if Alias sees a 6th season. As long as we get a full season next year, without timeslot shifting, I'll be very happy.
Actually some shows have been renewed simply because they had a loyal fanbase and the network figures its easier to work on something that some people are guranteed to watch then to bet on a new series that doesn't look promising.

No, he's strictly supporting. Like Joey.

Greg Grumbergs pilot was not picked up, so he will still be on Alias. From what I've read at spoiler sites, vaughn will definitely be back next season, he is not dead. ABC is somewhat upset with Jennifer Garner being pregnant, since it makes it harder to film the show. Will might be coming back for a couple episodes, but nothing is definite yet. Also the show might get pushed back to a January debut, just like last seasons.

How is Will coming back? It's gotta be damn hard to do two shows at the same time (he's got a new show on NBC or CBS this fall) even if it's just an episode or two on the 2nd show.

I really hope so because it was much better watching it this way, everything back to back.

Wasn't he doing that Touching Evil show during his last appearance? I'm sure they could pull it off anyways.

Yes. I wish all shows would start doing that. Especially Lost.

spoilerfix.com has put up some new rumors, one saying that Sark was in the season finale, but was cut out. That scene will appear on the DVD or the season five premiere. It also says that all the cast members signed five year contracts, so it looks even more likely that season five will be the last season.

The season four DVD comes out October 25.
Which means it might come out after season five starts. Which makes no sense at all.

season 5 (like season 4) won't start until january.
Networks seem to be doing that now with some shows, to start in january and air re-run free through may. Scrubs and 24 are also waiting till then to start (oddly enough all three shows are going into their fifth season).

Alias is going to start filming August 1st, which means it will most likely start in September.
