The Crow. By far the best. Though the Prophecy trilogy was pretty good too. But then again, this coming from someone who was also a fan of Manos: The Hands of Fate.

Don't forget some of the classic westerns... Lonesome Dove Pale Rider Magnificent 7 Man Who Shot Liberty Vallence Unforgiven High Noon The Searchers Fistful of Dollars/For a Few Dollars More/The Good, The Bad and The Ugly The Shootist Tombstone Desperado (not a "classic" western, but captures the feel perfectly) And last but not least, John Wayne's best movie (and it's not even a western!) The Quiet Man!!! ------------------ Spreadin' the gospel of Gob...

i like kevin spacey. he's pretty cool. i liked his whole crazy/confident bit. like, just casually yellin at his wife, n'stuff. very funny and very well done. "he rules." i think he'd make a really good lex luthor in a superman movie. smart, and casually confident, with justa hint of visible evil. ------------------ i have spoken

I love Kevin Spacey...and yes..."he rules!" I can totaly see him as Lex...that is awsome. BTW ever seen Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil? He looks EXACTLY like Jim Williams... also Spacey sing "That old black magic" on the soundtrack (it is soooo very good) if anyone is interested..I have it on MP3 (as well as most of the soundtrack). ------------------ NON OMNIS MORIAR

Sorry I did not see what all the fuss was about in American Beauty. The stroy was so... blah...... And how can he be the narrator when he bites it at the end? On the other hand, I love Kevin Spacey's acting and think he would be a great Luthor!

Franta... suspend disbelif and rewatch the movie. So what if he is dead and naratting it...I loved the movie (one of the reasons actually) because it was a wake up call for me. There were several scenes in the movie I really identified with and it made me think about them. Plus it was a movie that I could relate to on many levels. It wsa like watching the story of my life and realizing that I still had time to do something about it. ..so I'll stop with the mushy stuff. ------------------ NON OMNIS MORIAR

I bought the Big Lebowski and American Beauty on DVD last night along with the Ultimate Toy Story box set. All three are definately worth it. Franta, Rooster Cogburn is a pretty weak sequel to True Grit, which would be a great movie if Glen Campbell's terrible acting job hadn't ruined it. I also agree that Rio Bravo is one of his greats, I just forgot to throw it on the list...

I think thats why I liked it better NO Glenn Campbell. Why is it that singers make fun of actors that want to sing but singers want to act? Related note... Brittney Spears wants to start acting and wants to play a villian!

Chaplin films are more then comedy. I go to see Marx Brother films or the 3 stooges to laugh out loud. With Chaplin there's a lot more going on, the more you see the films, the more you get out of them!
