But for the love of God, it was one event that transpired over one night a week ago... As you can see, I had no further interest in pursuing it. So I said drunken ramblings that made me look like an asshole. Maybe I am an asshole. But there are far worse assholes on this MB.

Non how do I say this, these boards are very very fragile. There are people who care deeply about these and live their lives through them. It's not the size of the post count that matters, it's what you do with those posts son. In BSAMS' defense I'd like to say that, even if he irresposibly allowed this fiasco to happen under his watch as Supreme Mastur of the Super-Moderaters, he did the best he could to fix it afterwards. I'm not saying he shouldn't be penalized because it's clear that he should be, but I'm asking Rob and Drzsmith to please show some consideration towards him. Stuff like this happens, that's life, we have to learn to accept it and move on.
