It's true what they say about how keeping important things inside you for too long can only hurt you, and how getting them out in the open makes you feel better about yourself. I recently found out about this when taking a gigantic shit and staying over at the bathroom for another half hour just to fart. I set free every single fart I kept to myself because I was in public or something, and afterwards it was like I was a different person. The stomach cramps and noises I've been getting for months were gone, and I actually felt lighter. All because of one half hour farting session.
