Seriously. This is the first time that I've ever tried to engage in serious posts on these boards. I've spent a good two hours defending my beliefs and views against three or more people who disagree with me.
Considering that you rightwingers are in the majority on these boards, why can't you stand the dissenting voice?

I'm not an alt. I've been on these boards too long to be an alt.
Secondly, I WAS raised Christian up until my teens. And I have read up on the subject of the three main religions over the past decade.

Again. I am using google to fact check things I remember reading before. I'm typing in things I remember and finding a history/theology/gay rights page that confirms what i remember. If I was soley going by google to create my entire argument then i wouldn't be able to respond so fast.
I'm not here arguing for the sake of arguing. I have been on these boards for 2 years and have often avoided this forum because of its overtly rightwing views. However, I know feel that I should speak my mind on things. I expect you guys to disagree with me. I have no problem with that. I have a problem with entire threads being created to call me an idiot or a "deep thought troll."

I've seen what they "got." That's just plain childish to attack someone so viciously because they disagree. In my view this is "friendly" forum for debate not a schoolyard.
It doesn't serve your point of view to isolate yourself against dissenting opions. If anything having to actually make your point to someone who disagrees lets you put real thought into what you think and feel about something.
