This is an invalid claim since it is not what he said. He simply said Chile would be a testing ground to see if it would work. He never said it would. That's what you are reading into it. Again, while not a ringing endorsement, still more pro-communism than history would seem to justify.




It's not an endorsement at all. I think Mxy believed more in his people deciding their own future than the US imposing a harsh dictatorship on them.
