Always let women control the conversation. Any greeting you use should be open and unrestricting. Thats why I always use hello or something just as generic.
If you get good enough at it, she will get so into what she's saying she won't pay attention to you. Thats when you start to really check her out. I used to date a girl with huge boobs that always wore low cut shirts. I would get her talking about some shit and just stare at her cleavage while she rambled on. It was beautiful.
